Persons who have had 2 or more doses of the vaccine when they return to their localities, only need to make a medical declaration and perform 5K, and will not be isolated and monitored in any form. Other cases must be isolated and monitored.

According to dispatch no: 24/CD-UBND dated November 18, 2021, Hanoi requires people who have received a full dose of Covid-19 vaccine or recovered from Covid-19 within 6 months to self-monitor their health at home, accommodation for 07 days. Perform a test for SARS-CoV-2 on day one; if there are abnormal signs of health such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste, report it to the health agency for monitoring and treatment according to regulations.

Those who have not received enough doses of Covid-19 vaccine shall be isolated at home, where they stay for 07 days from the date of return to their localities; continue to self-monitor health for the next 07 days and always implement the 5K regulations; test for SARS-CoV-2 on the first and seventh day from the date of return to the locality.

Those who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 shall be isolated for 14 days from the date of return to their localities; continue to self-monitor health for the next 14 days and strictly implement the 5K regulations; test for SARS-CoV-2 on the first, seventh and 14th days from the date of return.

For people on entry, if they have had enough doses of vaccine or have recovered from Covid-19 disease, they should self-monitor their health at the place of stay, not be in contact with people around, and not leave the place of residence. For those who have not been vaccinated or have not had enough shots, they must be monitored for 07 days.

Ha Tinh province mobilizes people to commit to self-isolation at home and accommodation for 07 days, testing on the first day. Persons who have not received enough doses of vaccine are isolated for 07 days at home and self-monitor their health in the next 07 days, tested twice during the isolation period.

If returning to Ha Tinh from places at risk of epidemics at levels 1 and 2, people are advised to make medical declarations according to regulations, strictly follow 5K and limit contact.

Hai Phong requires the implementation of measures to isolate people returning from the red and orange zones.

At the same time, people from the yellow and green areas returning to Hai Phong must self-monitor their health for 07-14 days, corresponding to the case that has just recovered from Covid-19, has received 2 full doses of vaccine and has not been vaccinated.

On December 30, 2021, the Provincial People’s Committee (People’s Committee) issued Notice No. 464/TB-UBND on the conclusions of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee at the online meeting of the province on the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic.

– People coming and going from epidemic level 3 areas (orange zones) must self-monitor their health, limit contact with others and comply with vaccination conditions under the guidance of the Ministry of Health.

– Persons coming and going from epidemic level 4 (red zone) areas who have received 2 full doses of the vaccine will be quarantined at home for 07 days.

– People who come and go from an area with epidemic level 4 (red zone) who have not received 2 full doses of the vaccine or have received the 2nd dose but less than 14 days from the date of injection, are quarantined at home for 14 days.

The People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province has just issued a document directing the organization to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Tiger in 2022. Accordingly, those arriving/returning to Ninh Binh must be tested and have negative results for the new SARS-CoV-2. be returned to the family.

For those who want to go to/from Ninh Binh, it is required to make a medical declaration, notify the local authorities where they reside and do a screening test for SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR or Rapid test if negative, can return home.

People returning from communes and wards of level 1 and level 2 actively self-monitor their health for 7 days, encouraging self-implementation of antigen rapid test.

If returning from epidemic level 3 and 4 localities, people must have negative test results for SARS-CoV-2 within 72 hours.

For people returning from the red zone, they must be isolated in concentrated isolation for at least 07 days and isolated at home for the next 07 days. People who have recovered from Covid-19 disease within 6 months and returned from the red zone should be isolated at home for 14 days.

For those who have not been vaccinated or injected with insufficient doses from the yellow area, they should be isolated at home for 07 days, tested for SARS-CoV-2 on the first and 7th days.

Not restricting people to go home to celebrate Tet, returning or not is the people’s right, but must comply with regulations on medical isolation.

Thanh Hoa province stipulates that people from epidemic areas of levels 1 and 2 (green and yellow areas) returning to their localities are not required to undergo medical isolation, only have to make medical declarations, comply with 5K and self-monitor their health. day.

People who come from level 3 areas (orange zones) or have close contact with F1 must self-isolate at home, where they stay for 07 days. Coming from a level 4 area (red zone), quarantine at home for 07 days, self-monitoring for the next 07 days.

If you have not had a vaccine or F1 vaccine, you will need to isolate yourself in concentrated isolation or at home (if eligible) for 14 days, and monitor your health for the next 14 days.

People coming to and returning from localities outside the province with epidemic levels of 3 (orange) and 4 (red zones): Isolation at home or place of residence for at least 14 days since arrival. local.

For those who have not had enough vaccine doses, they should be isolated at home or at places of stay for at least 07 days.

Persons who have had enough doses of Covid-19 vaccine or who have been declared cured of Covid-19 within 06 months, self-monitor their health for at least 07 days after returning to their localities and get tested twice.

People from epidemic level 4 (red zone) areas, even though they have had 2 doses of vaccine, still have to isolate for 07 days at home, self-monitor their health for the next 07 days; tested 2 times.

If the vaccine is not fully vaccinated, they will be isolated at home for 14 days and will have to be isolated in concentration if the place of residence is not eligible.
