Kissy Vietnam makes delivery nationwide (63 provinces) to the exact address you have provided on the bill.

When receiving an order from the buyer and after confirming the purchase information by phone, Kissy will deliver the goods through the shipping services of companies such as Grab, Ahamove, Giaohangnhanh … etc.

For orders within Hanoi city, the item will be delivered within the same day. For orders in other provinces, delivery time is 1-2 days

Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

III/ Payment method

Option 1: Post payment (COD – delivery and collection):

  1. Buyer authenticates the order (address, phone, email)
  2. Seller confirms the buyer’s and order information
  3. The seller ships the goods to the address given by the buyer on the bill
  4. Buyers receive the goods and pay with cash

Option 2: Payment in advance (ATM card, online banking, paypal …)

  1. Buyers authenticate the order and pay directly on the website
  2. Seller confirms the buyer’s and order information
  3. The seller ships the goods to the address given by the buyer on the bill
  4. The buyer receives the goods and pays the shipping fee (if any).

IV/ Return policy

After receiving the product, you open the box to check the quality of goods, failures as soon as possible (best on the day of receiving the product). If after 2 days from the date of receiving the product, you do not have any feedback on product failure, we will default to 100% of the goods quality as requested.

We will not resolve any response regarding products shipped for more than 2 days. If there is an error on the sales side, our customer care staff will contact you immediately to discuss the most convenient solution for you.
